Employee Resignation
Things to consider when an employee hands in their resignation:
- Handover
- Handover documents on current projects
- Record conversation when going through their handover
- Non-Compete
- Do we need to enforce a non-compete
- Reminds departing personnel of other obligations such as confidentiality, non-solicitation of customers and employees
- Ask departing employees to share a copy of their restrictions with their new employer
- Other
- Can we retain them for their resignation period
